Michelle Lublin

Michelle began practicing yoga in 1999. Overwhelmed with stress and anxiety from a divorce, she walked into her first yoga class seeking solace and relief. Hardly love at first downdog, the practice of yoga was a huge challenge. MIchelle stayed with it and slowly she saw the gifts and transformational effect yoga had on her life. Michelle has been working with children and families for over 25 years. She began working with special needs children when she was just 20 years old. Her passion for teaching and kids has led her down many roads. After teaching in schools she became a gymnastics instructor, her childhood sport, and taught thousands of kids in the new york area. With her newfound and deepening yoga practice it was a natural progression to teach yoga to kids. She has taken many kids yoga trainings including Yoga Kids, Shakta Kara Khalsa and many more. Michelle went on to complete her 200 hour adult training and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. Michelle continues to expand her studies with trainings in Mindfullness and Chair yoga. She is also a certified Life coach and Wellness coach continuing to explore stress reduction and peaceful living. Michelle has two amazing sons, Jake (19) and Dylan (16) and is loving her life as a happy, grateful mom living here in Port Washington.
