Priti Jajoo

I grew up in an environment where yoga and its history was a part of life. But I more routinely began my practice as a young adult while working as an accountant to find a balanced escape from the intense and stressful corporate culture. Yoga was my refuge and guide to live a more mindful and peaceful life. After my first child, I embarked on a new path in life and took my passion of yoga to become an instructor, as a 500-hour trained yoga teacher in the ISHTA lineage. Through the training, I learned the importance of having a daily practice to live presently though all the things that come up in one’s day. From this place of mindfulness, I aim to share the teachings that I love with others by making the practice as individualized as possible for each student to enable them to find their breath, flow, and harmony. Each sessions is thoughtfully planned and taught to help people return to their lives more grounded and inspired.
